Big Nights in the Big D

Big Nights in the Big D
Nights are alive in Dallas, offering visitors a wide ranging variety of lifestyle indulgences ranging from chic to grunge. Stepping out for the evening in this trendy Texas town can feel a little overwhelming, but ask any friendly Texan where to go and they'll answer by asking "what d'y'all like??"

Greenville Avenue

Dallas trends are invented here, ranging from restaurants featuring the latest in fusion cuisine to body jewelry designers. The cafe set makes Greenville Avenue come to life by early evening, and the cocktail crowd keeps its lively until late at night. Greenville is a long Avenue and taxis are encouraged.

Deep Ellum

Deep Ellum

As the current hub of the blues and jazz, this nightlife district first sprang to life in the 1920s as home to African-American culture. The district today is the place for vegetarian restaurants, cuban food, art galleries, and tattoo parlors. The crowd is diverse, attracting young artists, college students, jazz fans, and the urban-gallery scene seeker.

Knox-Henderson

One street with two names and two distinct styles. Henderson is the "other side of the freeway" with affordable hip restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Knox is sleek and cosmopolitan, with the fashionably dressed dashing from boutique shops to antique stores to the charming French restaurant for a quick glass of the latest in wines.

The West End

The West End

The historic downtown core, renovated and updated to be an example of urban revitalization, The West End is the place to party when you want a little bit of everything. Restaurants, bars, cafes, and nightclubs range from favorite chains like the House of Blues to Dallas only locations filled with friendly locals who are "in the know."

The West Village

More than just a chic urban outdoor shopping mall, The West Village is the newest in a growing trendy collection of places to be seen. Shops, cafes, bars, and intimate outdoor patios bring together soccer moms, friends catching up over coffee, and couples out for a romantic evening. People watching paradise with a Starbucks coffee or martini.
